Brook Village Construction Updates Q3 2024
CONSTRUCTION
Brook Village currently has 406 houses under construction and 203 completed houses.
Construction refers to the number of houses completed or under construction.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
Site development of Brook Village is at 99% completion.
Site Development covers site clearing, grading, roads, utilities, open parking, and related work.
AMENITIES
Ongoing construction of the playground and basketball court is set for completion in Q4 2024, while the clubhouse is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts,
guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.
VECINO TURNOVERS
In Brook Village, 77 houses and lots were turned over, along with 54 lot-only units.
The Turnover Office is open to serve vecinos for acceptance and turnover activities.
Turnover Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Vecino Turnovers are residential lots and houses that have been turned over to vecinos.
VALUE APPRECIATION
Brook Village enjoys positive returns at 145% value appreciation since its launched in 2019.
Value Appreciation indicates the increase in property value since the launch year.
SALES
There are currently 81 units in Brook Village that are available, including newly released inventory for Single Attached 65 Houses.
Sales represent the available inventory for the quarter.
