Construction is in full swing
There are currently 320 houses under construction and 17 completed houses in Brook Village.
In Sierra Village, there are 26 completed houses and 207 houses currently under construction.
Site Development
Site development of Brook Village is at 92.24% completion, while Sierra Village is at 88.51% completion.
The spine road in Malvar Exit still has 75 meters to go before completion.
Amenities
Main Guardhouses at Lipa and Malvar have been completed.
The construction of in-village guardhouses for Sierra and Brook are ongoing and set to be completed by November 2022.
Value Appreciation
Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 101% and 83% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.

There are 36 units in Sierra Village, while 48 units in Brook that are currently available.
